Our products are purely digital which means they can not be returned. We also make it very clear on our product pages what you'll get.

Normally we do not offer refunds. However, we do make exceptions in some cases.

Enter your VAT ID and the email adress you want to use for purchase on the cart page.

If your VAT ID is valid it will deduct the sales tax from the total amount at the checkout page automatically.

If you have a german VAT ID you can get your paid VAT back via Vorsteuerabzug from the Finanzamt.
