Most of our packs come as regular sample packs in .wav files that will work with every DAW.

Some packs will be specific to certain formats like Preset Packs for Serum or pre-mapped Sampler Presets.

To be sure if a specific pack is compatible with your DAW/Software you can go the FAQ Section of the individual products.

If your VAT ID is valid it will deduct the sales tax from the total amount at the checkout page automatically.

If you have a german VAT ID you can get your paid VAT back via Vorsteuerabzug from the Finanzamt.

Yes! They are 100% Royalty-Free. All our packs can be used in commercially released music without any legal problems.

Please note that with every purchase you are only buying a license to use the sounds in your songs. You do not own the sounds which means you are not allow to resell them in Sample Packs, Libraries etc.

No, future products are not included for free. We do however always offer loyalty pricing for future product releases.

Our products are purely digital which means they can not be returned. We also make it very clear on our product pages what you'll get. 

Normally we do not offer refunds. However, we do make exceptions in some cases.
